German-American Hall of Fame (GAMHOF)

This organization was established in 2005 with the aim to adequately recognize the impact of German immigrants and to draw attention to the achievements of outstanding German-Americans, one by one.

The long range goal is to establish an interactive visitors' center, which will highlight the accomplishments of notable German-Americans.

The founding trustees of the German-American Hall of Fame are prominent Americans of German ancestry e.g. Hon. William Hetzler, a New York business leader, assistant to the Governor of the State of New York and general chairman of the German-American Steuben Parade Committee and William O'Brien, a Boston attorney specializing in international trademark protection and active in New England's German-American community.
